Speedcam warning systems ban: for our French readers

Nous avons pris connaissance de l'annonce du gouvernement d'interdire les avertisseurs de radars. Cette décision n'est actuellement pas traduite en décret ou en loi, et nous n'avons pas d'information sur le calendrier de la mise en oeuvre de l'interdiction. A ce jour, l'utilisation des bases de données NAVX est donc légale en France.

Par ailleurs, les spécialistes du domaine s'interrogent sur la faisabilité d'une telle mesure, voire sa légalité.

Face à cette incertitude, si vous craignez que l'utilisation des bases de données de radars soient à terme interdite, nous vous recommandons de ne prendre qu'un abonnement mensuel, que vous pourrez résilier à
tout moment.

J'utilise ce moyen pour essayer de contacter qqn pour obtenir une aide: impossible d'obtenir de mettre à jour mon GPS GARMIN: aucune suite lorsque je me connecte sur le site my.garmin.fr (enregistrement ou reconnaissance déjà enregistré...) et pas de réponse au message envoyé par ce site...merci (tel: 0676999308)

Lorsque j'ai acheté mon GARMIN 1340, le vendeur m'a spécifié que les mises à jour pour l'europe étaient gratuites pour cet appareil.
De quel droit GARMIN me fait actuellement payer des mises à jour "gratuites"?
