iPhone 3G and built-in GPS

Localnav_wwdc08Today Apple CEO Steve Jobs announced the availability of the new iPhone 3G on 11th July. This new version of the mobile device is said to be much faster with the 3G networking capability feature. More than that, this new device will include a built-in GPS able to track every single piece of your way. This is a great advance on the mobile world as it turns the mobile device as an inevitable system for geolocalization and navigation.

Logo_loopt_greenAn all-new iPhone application has also been introduced among the other amazing demos : Loopt. This application is a social application aiming at connecting nearby friends to  share your locations and photo and explore places and events. It will be able for free on the App Store as soon as it gets released.
