Today's "thanks god it's friday" subject isn't about this excellent website geopipi.com (discover it by yourself :-), but...architectural visualisation. Indusgeeks have uploaded a movie to YouTube to show that the ability to visualise, communicate and populate real estate is real, cheap and more importantly easy to do with today's toolset.
The idea is to divide virtual real estate into 3 parts (so that your clients could visualise the design)
- Location - Visualisation via Google Earth
- Scrutiny - Examining the building in 3D Max
- Second Life - Exploring the building within the virtual environment
