Speed Radars: English model for France
Seventy speed cams will be installed in french agglomerations by the end of 2007. As it is said in Le Figaro's article, the speed control in down town areas is very important and more and more speed cams should indeed be installed for road safety.
For the time being, there are a few radars in french communes (68 in France and 650 only in London !!) According to the article, it's necessary to take an exemple on the english model where there are so many radars in town because "to be credible the rule must exist everywhere".
